I swear the months are flying by this year. Can you believe we're 3 weeks in to May? It's crazy how quickly the time goes. I haven't done much this month, just the usual of going to work and seeing Ry but I did manage to fit in a trip to Primark and as a result I've got a massive haul to show you.

Primark Haul March 2017
Monday, 24 April 2017
Okay so, in February and March I took a couple of little trips to Primark, mainly just to see if they had any Disney things for me to get for when I go to Florida. I actually completely forgot about this haul and I discovered the bags a couple of days ago and remembered I hadn't told you about it! So I've taken some snaps and will talk a bit more about the pieces I picked up as I believe some of them are still available!

What I Got for Christmas 2016
Saturday, 31 December 2016
Hi everyone. I hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas and hope Santa brought you all the goodies you wished for! I've eaten far too much food this festive period and also drank far too much alcohol (too many calories), but I've had a lovely time with my nearest and dearest and that's what matters. You all know the drill by now, I am not writing this to brag in any way I just enjoy reading these posts and know a lot of you do too!

What I got for Christmas 2015
Tuesday, 29 December 2015
Hello everyone! I hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas with your friends and family and were spoiled rotten! I had a lovely time with my boyfriend and his family. For the last two years on this blog I've written a 'What I got for Christmas' post, and I absolutely love reading them myself 'cause I'm nebby so thought I'd write one again this year. I am extremely grateful to my family, my boyfriend, and his family for all the things I was lucky enough to be gifted this Christmas and truly do love them all. I am in no way, shape, or form, writing this to brag.

LUSH: Oxford Street.
Sunday, 9 August 2015

Last week I was lucky enough to take a trip to London to visit the Flagship LUSH store on Oxford Street and get myself some exclusive goodies. I arrived in London at half 12 and quickly headed for the tube from Kings Cross to Oxford Circus, located on Oxford Street. I headed up the street towards LUSH and honestly I could smell it from a few stores away, I knew I was close.
I got through the doors and first headed towards the shower gel section and picked up a 100g bottle of The Comforter shower cream, and also a 100g bottle of Yuzu and Cocoa shower cream. The Comforter of course smells like the comforter bubble bar, and Yuzu and Cocoa smells like chocolate orange and I prefer this scent over that of the bubbleroon. The next thing I picked up was right next to the shower gels and is a solid body scrub named Rub Rub Rub. This basically is the solid version of the liquid body scrub of the same name and has the addition of dried cherry blossoms to make it look super pretty. I then backtracked to the soaps and picked up a hefty block of Oxford Street soap. The scent of this is supposed to be the smell you get when you walk in to a LUSH store, there's 12 scents in each bar. After some mooching around downstairs I headed upstairs to the bath bombs/oils/bubble bars. The first things I picked up were bath bombs. I chose the very earthy scented Guardian of the Forest, Yoga Bomb, The Experimenter named after what it is, an experiment, with each of the 4 coloured sides having a different scent, Frozen, Intergalactic, and Cyanide Pill. I also wanted to purchase Lava Lamp but was told it had been recalled because there was a lot of complaints about the mess it leaves behind so they were remaking it in Poole. I then picked up some very aesthetically pleasing bubble bars. First up is Flowering Tea an adorable teabag shaped floral smelling bubble bar. Next we have Pink Flamingo, a cocktail smelling bubble wand, the appearance of this alone caused me to purchase. The final 3 are a cute milk bottle shaped bar called Milky Bath, a pyramid shaped Karma and finally Big Bang that contains a pink star shaped bath melt. My last stop was the bath oils. This area looks like a sweet shop and it's very pretty. I picked up Double Vitality, You've Been Mangoed, Lime Pastille, Orange Blossom, Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment (snow fairy scent alert), and finally Shark Infested Custard. I spent about an hour in LUSH just wondering around really and smelling/picking up products I'd read about online. Not a single member of staff came over to ask me if I needed any help and I literally mean not one (the lady I asked about lava lamp was the only one who helped with anything). I don't know if it's because of the LUSH Fighting Animal Testing tote I had on my shoulder, or if I looked genuinely confident in what I was doing, or maybe the staff are just really that rude, who knows? Luckily I do have my fair share of knowledge on LUSH and their products and I did do some extensive research before I booked the trip, but that's kind of not the point because what if I didn't know a bubble bar from a bath bomb? I'd be in a pickle. I was served by a lovely lady named Kazue who spoke to me throughout the whole transaction about the products and general life things. She even popped a 100g pot of Love and Light Hand Cream in to my bag, how generous of her! I then left the store with my bag of goodies and headed for Victoria Station for my coach home. I left London a very happy bunny indeed.
