Lush Cosmetics Haul: Christmas.

 
My second LUSH haul is a Christmas Haul!!! I am so happy that LUSH have their Christmas goodies in stock and I couldn't wait to make a big order. I did it online a few weeks ago and I ordered 14 items. I ordered 3 Cinders, Father Christmas, Melting Snowman and Golden Wonder because I've had those before and they're my favourites. I also ordered 1 Bombardino and 1 Snowman because I hadn't had those two before and thought it'd be nice to try them. I love all of these 6 Christmas themed bath ballistics/melts but Father Christmas and Golden Wonder and definitely my ultimate favourites.

Cinders (buy here)
"This is a bath bomb to evoke the feeling of sitting by a crackling fireside, drinking a glass of warm fruit punch. Cinders is designed to bring comfort at Christmas. Lie back, letting the water support your body, and listen to the fire as the smell of fruit punch fills the room."  The main scents in this bath ballistic are cinnamon and orange and they work really well together to give a nice Autumn-y feel to the bath. The only thing I dislike about this is it makes your water a horrible bright yellow colour but the scent definitely makes up for that. It also contains popping candy!

Father Christmas (buy here)
"Ho, ho, ho! Father Christmas is back, and this year he's a delicate pinky white. A bath that gives you all the colours and smells of Christmas, with mandarin oil and orange flower absolute. Father Christmas is a bit of a secret santa who modestly hides his hidden talents."  The main scent in this ballistic is Mandarin oil. This is by far my favourite ballistic out of the Christmas range, it smells amazing. Last year this ballistic had lots of red glitter in it but they've taken that out this year which is a bit disappointing because I loved it but it's still got an amazing scent that reminds you of Christmas in every way. When you put it in the bath it starts out red and then turns your bath a lovely pine green colour.

Snowman (buy here)
"Snowman is back with a jolly red scarf and a nose made out of The Carrot bubble bar from last Easter. He also contains cocoa butter which creates a moisturising, creamy soft bath that is great for nourishing and protecting your skin." I can't say anything about this because I haven't tried it yet but if it's anything like the Butterball ballistic it'll leave oil floating on the top of your bath which does not appeal to me in the slightest. I've wrapped this up and I'm giving it away as a Christmas present because of that fact. I'm sure not everyone will be bothered by it like I am. The main scent in this is Vanilla.

Melting Snowman (buy here)
"Our little snowman is about to shuffle off this mortal coil – but not before you get one last bath from him as he disappears for another year. It is a short but glorious life that our Melting Snowman lives. He may not have long to go, but boy is he going to make a grand exit." The main scent for this bath melt is Hot Toddy. This bath melt contain cocoa butter and shea butter so it makes your skin soft and moisturised. The eyes and buttons are made from real chocolate drops but I wouldn't eat them if I were you, it's probably not safe! This takes a little while to 'melt' in your bath and just leaves it looking cloudy, but the smell is amazing.

Golden Wonder (buy here)
"For those of you who can’t help shaking that present with your name on it under the Christmas tree. This bath bomb is like a pass the parcel gift – each layer has something different to offer. This is not for a quick bath because it takes its time, this bath bomb. Its layers of golden lustre, dazzling colours and soluble gold stars are a wonder to behold." This is my second favourite out of all the Christmas ballistics, it's just amazing. The main scents for this ballistic are orange. cognac and lime and they work really well together. It smells a lot like bucks fizz. My favourite thing about this is once it's all dissolved your water is left looking like mermaid water. A lovely turquoise colour with cold lusture floating everywhere it just looks so pretty. It also contains soluble gold stars so you don't have to worry about getting them all out of your bath afterwards.

Bombardino (buy here)
"This little fellow takes his inspiration from an Après ski drink traditionally made in the Italian Alps with eggnog, brandy and whipped cream. Our version of the Bombardino is just as rich and creamy, smelling like a lemon meringue pie. With added cocoa butter to soften your bath water, Bombardino will leave your skin feeling silky and soothed." I like this ballistic but in small doses, I find that it's a little bit sickly and eventually starts to smell like actual sick if around the scent for too long. It does however, make your skin super soft.
